How do I register as an alumnus?^
Click Registration, fill in your name, batch, stream, and contact details, and submit. Your request goes to the college admin for approval.
I forgot which batch or stream I registered with - can I check?^
Yes - open My Profile and go to Settings. Your batch, stream, and other details are shown there and can be corrected if needed.
How do I RSVP to an event?^
Go to Events, open the event, and click RSVP. Your alumni profile details are used automatically.
How do I list a product or service on the Marketplace?^
Open Marketplace and use the listing form. After you submit, the college admin reviews it before it appears publicly.
Can I create my own Forum group?^
Yes. On the Forum page, click New group, choose the type, and submit. The college admin approves it before it becomes active.
Who do I contact if something on the portal is not working?^
Use any of the contact channels listed above. That is the fastest way to reach the team directly for a technical issue.
