Home-Ways we stay close-Community

Community.

When something needs doing, we go together.

Some of what we do is not for ourselves, or for our careers, or even for the college. It is for the places and the people that made us: a student who almost did not make it through second year, a classmate who needs more than a phone call, a craft in the neighbourhood that is running out of hands. These are the causes we choose to walk into together, voluntarily, and with our own hands.

- Causes we walk into -

Where we put our time and money.

Specific, local, and visible: the causes the alumni club is actively working with are listed here.

The college has not published any causes yet. When it opens one, it will appear here with a way to give your time or your money.

- Three ways to walk in -

You do not need to give money.

Give your time

Mentor a student. Sit on a panel. Show up for a weekend of work. Your hours count more than rupees.

Give your craft

Whatever you happen to be good at, lend it once. Writers can tell the story, photographers can document the work, makers can make.

Give what you can

There is no minimum and no maximum. Give to a cause the college has opened, and you will be told where it lands.

Pick one. Walk into it.

Volunteer your hours, contribute what you can, or simply lend us your craft.
